We at ADARA understand that sometimes a purchase may not be suitable - and that's okay. That's why we made sure that the exchange or return procedure was simple and transparent for you.

Exchange and return conditions

You can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of receipt if:

  • the product has not been used (without traces of wear, washing, stains, or damage);
  • the tags, packaging, and presentation are preserved;
  • there is a document confirming the purchase (receipt or electronic confirmation).

How to make an exchange or return

2. Specify the details — we will help you choose a new size/model or issue a refund.

3. Send the product back to the specified address by delivery service (Nova Poshta).

The cost of shipping for exchange or return is paid by the buyer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Refund

After receiving and checking the goods, we will refund the money within 3-5 business days to the bank card from which the payment was made, or in another convenient way.

Important

  • Custom-made or discounted products (if specified during purchase) are not subject to exchange or return.
  • If the received goods are defective or we mistakenly sent the wrong model/size, we will bear all costs. Just write to us - we will solve it as quickly as possible!
